Dr. Gayle MacBride, PhD, LP
Dr. Gayle MacBride is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience who offers a straightforward, honest approach with usable skills. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety, depression, trauma (including PTSD), and relationship issues. Her work helps her clients use evidence-based skills for coping with mental health symptoms, building healthy interpersonal relationships, holding boundaries, and using effective communication.
