Share Your Life in 18 Words

What story can you tell about you—the twists, triumphs, heartbreaks, humor—in just 18 words?

We call them Minimoirs: true, biographical snapshots of a life well-lived (or still very much in progress).

Whether you dash one off over coffee or workshop it with your book club, the rules are simple:

  • Women 50 and older

  • Exactly 18 words

  • It must be about you—a moment, a mood, a turning point

  • Include a picture that captures your moment, a selfie, screenshot, or snapshot.

We’ll publish our favorites in PROVOKEDmagazine and share them on social.

Pro Tips:

  • Count your words carefully—hyphenated words count as one.
